Ayam Gepuk AG is a restaurant preposition offering consumers a range of Indonesian cuisine. Our strength lies in the spiciness and authenticity of our homemade hybrid “Sambal Giling”.

This “Sambal Giling” is a hybrid of cashew “giling”, chillies, chicken oil and a range of other secret ingredients. Each serving of the signature sambal is manually “giling” by our well-trained staff every day. Our killer products are our special Ayam Gepuk AG deep-fried cabbage and the hybrid “Sambal Gilling”.

The chicken, “Keli” and "Talapia" are marinated with a special combination of “bumbu” and then deep-fried till it turned golden brown. Our products are preferred by those who loves a spicy kick in their diet. The menu sets are also affordable to cater to customers from all groups (students, family etc.).
